The Timberhonger 10k on Saturday 11th July is now full however there are still plenty of places for the Children's Challenge.

The Children's Challenge is a fun run of about 1500m held within the safe confines of Sanders Park.  Held before the main Timberhonger race at 5.15pm runners will be cheered all the way to the finish by the Carnival crowds where everyone gets a special carnival medal. There are trophies for the winners in three age categories too.

The Timberhonger 10k is now in its 13th year. Runners repeatedly commend the friendly atmosphere, the large carnival crowds at the finish, and the traffic free course on picturesque country lanes including a small matter of the infamous hill at 8k.

Medals and beer for all finishers. New for 2015 will be chip timing and race t-shirts, free to runners raising money for our race charities.
